Service Description

Any vehicle from 1350kg -2700kg in weight transported on a 5m Ifor Williams CT177 Vehicle Transporter trailer. Please select the correct distance for recovery or additional charges will be incurred. Recovery for vehicles up to 2700kg all large cars most 3.5t vans as long as not loaded. Vehicle must roll and steer freely and be accessible by a recovery truck or additional fees can be incurred. Eg: £40 use of locked wheel recovery skates x2 £60 for use of all 4 wheels on recovery skates Any waiting time will be charged at £25 per every 30 minutes, Collection or delivery address must be within 5 miles radius of Brighton City Centre to qualify for our fixed price recovery. If you require recovery further than displayed distance/mileage then please contact us for a quote using the quote form on our website or app.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled within 4 Hours of start time of booking then a £50 cancellation fee will be charged and remainder refunded. if cancelled outside of 4 Hours a full refund will be given. If you want to amend the appointment time then you must make contact more than 4 Hours before current booking or a £50 fee "may" be charged. If you need to amend the location of collection or delivery then this can lead to further costs, please make contact more than 4 Hours before current booking to ensure cheapest option Times are given as estimates and are not guaranteed we will try and update at all times with any delay we may face. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred your end for any delays that are out of our control.
