Cancellation Policy

If cancelled within 2hr of start time of booking then a £50 cancellation fee will be charged and remainder refunded. if cancelled outside of 2hrs a full refund will be given. If you want to amend the appointment time then you must make contact more than 2hrs before current booking or a £50 fee will be charged. If you need to amend the location of collection or delivery then this can lead to further costs, please make contact more than 2hrs before current booking to ensure cheapest option
